ANALYTICAL COMPETITION TERMS:"Lift your Myth in GREECE"
The limited company called 'Doppler', based in Polikastro Kilkis, GR-61200, (hereinafter referred to as "Company") undertakes the organization of the competition entitled "Lift your Myth in GREECE" (hereinafter "Program"). As part of this Contest, the Company undertakes the organization, realization, information of the winners and distribution of prizes to the winners. The limited company under the name «Porto Carras SA" located in Neos Marmaras, Halkidiki (hereinafter «Carras») with the collaboration of the Chamber of Kilkis, assume to provide the gifts.
The purpose of these analytical procedures (hereinafter the "Detailed Terms") is to establish the conditions for participation in the program for each person, and the determination of Program’s winner.
The Company and Carras reserve the right to unilaterally amend these terms, extend, reduce the duration or even cancel the program and to change the gifts of the Program for any reason at any time by filing a document and publish it on the website http://www.doppler.gr (hereinafter "Site"). Any such change will be binding for each participant. The Company and Carras not assume any liability for the amendment.
TERMS
1. The total duration of the program is set up from 13.10.2009 until 16.10.2009 (the "Term").
2. Participation in this program may have all participants in the Interlift Exhibition in Augsburg, Germany, in which the Company participates as an exhibitor.
3. From the participation in the Program are excluded: employees of companies' «Doppler SA » & « Porto Carras » their wives and a 'or b' grade relatives of them.
4. For someone with the above rights of participation to the Contest, he/she must complete the necessary participation form from Doppler’s INFO-POINT, where promo- girls will give away the coupons at the days of the fair duration. Special coupons will be distributed in the general public by promo-girl standing in the exhibition space (stand number: 3991). Each coupon corresponds to a unique participation in the contest. Each participant may participate in the competition only once, ie with a single ticket.
5. To make sure that the coupon is valid, the participant should complete the name and the fixed or mobile telephone number, country of origin and mail account.
6. After the program, the coupons will be mixed in total volume in the presence of a lawyer, vouchers will be collected from all regions and 1 winner will emerge. The final list of winners will occur after a draw to be held in the Company's headquarters in Kilkis Polikastro in the presence of a lawyer on 20/10/2009 at 10:00 am Greek and will be announced on the website of the Company before 21 / 10/2009.
7. The winners will be notified in writing and via telephone on how to obtain the prize from the Company. The Company will contact the winner to the contact number or mail account which they filled in. The prize represents a six-day trip to Greece for two people. It includes a day trip to visit the prefecture of Kilkis, the industrial unit of Doppler and afterwards a 5 night stay in a double room at hotel unit "Porto Carras" in Neos Marmaras, Halkidiki. The care and sponsorship of the prize have jointly the Doppler SA, the Porto Carras and the Chamber of Kilkis.
8. The winner’s prize is concerned personal and not shared neither be asked to replace them with others or redeemed in cash at any price.
9. The delivery of the prize winners made personally by the exercise of their police identity card or passport at the Company’s headquarters or via e-admission if they get special codes from the computer department, and the website of the Company. If any winner refuses the prize or fails to appear in person or communicate electronically with the Company for the receipt within one month from the date of the draw, then the Company and Carras exempt from any obligation towards the winner.
10. Any of the winners at any stage, even that of the use of the prize may be canceled for the following reasons:
(a) if, for whatever reason, not fully accept these terms in their entirety, which are all essential.
(b) if the participation does not meet any of the terms of this,
(c) if any of the information reported is false
(d) if for any reason, the attempt to contact the winner to use the gift frustrated.
(e) if for any reason the winner does not occur or occur late in realizing the gift.
11. In any case, the Company and Carras reserve the right to use the name and image of the winners at the media, while the winner consent expressly, unconditionally and without consideration and give such authorization to the Company and Carras.
12. After the expiry of the period and the distribution of the prize any obligation of the Company and Carras cease to exist. The Company and Carras will not be imposed nor undertake any obligation to the participants.
13. The Company and Carras reserve the right to disclose the names and publish photos, sound recordings and performances of the winners on their websites, and any brochure to make an advertising use of the event, such as the use of the prize, etc. The winners with their participation in the Contest unconditionally consent to the above without paying any fee or compensation. Winners' refusal to participate in relevant advertising program or other communication or refusal to include their name to register, if called for it, it legitimizes the company and Carras refusal of the prize, or to recall.
14. Participation in the contest constitutes explicit acceptance and consent of the participant's compliance and data processing of the Company and Carras for the purposes of the contract as specified in these conditions, while complying with the current Greek and European legislation on data protection personal, as in force. If the winners do not want to use their personal data may at any time contact with Doppler, at the Industrial Park Polikastro, 61100 Polikastro, Kilkis, tel (+30) 23430-20140& 2015 /info@doppler.gr , subject as provided in the immediately preceding paragraph of these terms.
15. For valid participation in the program those who are under 18 years must have the written consent and approval of the guardians. If one of the winners is under 18 years, the prize that he wins can only be received by those who are parental responsible for him.
16. The terms of this Contest will be presented to the lawyer Kilkis / Thessaloniki Toutountzidis Christoforos, June 21st 135, Kilkis / Dodecanisou 7th, Thessaloniki. Any Participant or third party is entitled to request at his own expense a certified copy of the terms of the Program as they are deposited in the above lawyer.
17. Participation in the program entails and implies the unconditional acceptance of all above mentioned analytical procedures. Any dispute arising out of any Project and implementation of the present analytical Terms will be settled by three members selected by Doppler. The judgment of the Committee in such cases is binding on the Participants. In any case of judicial dispute, settlement set the competent Court of Kilkis and the applicable law in Greek.
